Refund Policy

Money OS provides an enterprise-grade financial command center and agency operating system. This policy outlines financial terms for both the core platform and agency-managed client payments.

1. Free Platform Beta Status

The core Money OS application is currently provided 100% free of charge during our active community Beta.

  • Zero Platform Subscription Fees: We do not charge subscription fees, seat licenses, or maintenance costs for accessing the software during the Beta period.
  • No Auto-Enrollment: Because we do not collect subscription payment details for using Money OS, there are no recurring software billing disputes or software refund procedures applicable.

2. Agency Client Invoices & Payments

Money OS includes an agency vertical that allows service organizations to generate invoices and issue Razorpay payment links to their own clients:

  • Merchant Relationship: Payments made by clients via agency payment links are settled directly into the respective agency's own merchant account via Razorpay.
  • Client Refunds: Any refund, dispute, or adjustment regarding services rendered by an agency to its client is governed by that agency's individual client service agreement. Money OS does not hold client funds or mediate service disputes.
