Terms of Service

Welcome to Money OS. By accessing our platform, creating a workspace, or authenticating via Clerk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Platform Availability & Plans

Money OS provides an enterprise-grade financial command center and agency operating system. The platform core is available during our open community Beta without required software subscription fees.

  • Software Access: Core ledger operations, agency project tracking, timesheets, and invoicing are unlocked for all onboarded organizations.
  • Agency Client Transactions: Agency workspaces that configure Razorpay credentials to issue client payment links collect client funds directly into their own merchant bank accounts. Money OS is not a party to transactions between agencies and their clients.

2. Account Security, Identity & Role Governance

Authentication and organization memberships are managed via Clerk and synchronized to our tenant domain store.

  • Access Safeguards: You are responsible for maintaining secure credentials and guarding your session keys. Money OS enforces secure session tokens and rate limits to protect your workspace.
  • Role Authority: Workspace administrators manage team permissions. Money OS assigns Workspace Admin and Member roles with strict privilege escalation defenses and last-administrator protection rules.
  • Workforce Resources: Organizations may add billable-only contractors and external specialists who participate in project economics and timesheets without holding system login credentials.

3. Intended Usage & API Guidelines

You agree not to attempt cross-tenant data lookups, bypass authentication proxies, overload telemetry endpoints, or execute automated malicious payloads. We reserve the right to suspend or restrict workspaces that violate system integrity or security bounds.

4. Limitation of Liability & Verification

Money OS is provided "as is" to facilitate financial tracking and operational management. While the platform incorporates double-entry checks, referential integrity guards, and regional GST/TDS tax calculations, organizations are responsible for verifying their formal regulatory and tax filings with their certified accounting professionals.
